Shipping Policy (FOR INDIA)
If the total purchase amount is less than Rs.499/- then customer has to pay Rs.60/- per 500 Grams as a Shipping Charge. The Shipping is Free of Cost for an order amount more than Rs. 499/- (for stickers only)
For other products shipping charges may vary subject to product & category.

Order Processing time – 4 to 7 working days
Shipping time – 15 to 20 working days
Shipping charges will be applicable on all products and shipping cost will be on actual.
Shipping time may vary as per country and location.
We do not take any responsibility for any lost shipment.
Return Policy
We try to give you a best quality product of your choice. We test our products before taking into production and ensure quality check before dispatch. However, if you receive product with any manufacturing defect can only be returned / replaced, in such case you can e-mail us at [email protected] within 3 days after receiving product. we request you all to check description of products before ordering. for any questions you can reach us on given contact details. Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery.
* If the product was returned due to any sort of product damage, Manufacturing defect, then only we will bear the delivery charges.
* If the product is replaced for a change in design or size, or any other reason then the delivery charges will have to be paid by the customer.

How to cancel order?
1. If you wish to cancel your order, you can get in touch with us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel your order.
2. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, your order will not be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Following are the terms and conditions for refund?
In case of the following scenario you are liable to get a full refund of money:
1. The product you ordered has a manufacturing defect.
You can claim for refund within 3 days after you receive your product.
How long the refund procedure takes?
* The refund procedure will be initiated within 48 hours once we receive your product. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment of the order. Items will have to be in new condition and returned in their original packaging only for refund.
* The expected time for refund (after initiation) will be 3-5 working days.
* The refund time may vary from bank to bank.
* If the order is shipped and delivery is delayed due to courier company error / issue, NO refund will be done till product is delivered to customer or returned to origin also cannot ship another product.
